RESULTS: The club had just three competitors at the Kerry Masters and Juvenile Uneven Cross Country. Donal Crowley claimed 2^nd spot in the O60 category. Emma Godley and Cathal Mc Loughlin worked hard to come home in the first twenty in the U11 uneven age cross country. Well done to all.

TRAINING: The Masters/Seniors Monday night circuits session continues in the KDYS at 8pm. For juveniles, all athletes born 1999 upwards will continue on Tuesday next in The Green School Gym at 7pm. Our outdoor work continues on Thursday at 7pm in the ITT. There will be a weights session for selected athletes on Fridays and a run at the weekends either in Banna or Ballyseedy  

FIXTURES: Munster Inter and Uneven Age Cross Country, Tralee, Nov 8^th, National Inter County and Even Age Cross Country, Nov 22^nd, Munster Masters and Juvenile B Cross Country, Nov 29^th, AAI Novice and Juvenile Uneven Age Cross Country.
